Customers can cancel orders prior to shipment for a full refund. Send an email to info@cbdefx.com with the name on your order with the order number. Refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Returns Policy
Customers that receive the wrong product, a faulty product or a damaged product can contact CBD effects via email: info@cbdefx.com. Please include photos of the product you are not satisfied with. CBD effects will do everything possible to satisfy our customers. Including but not limited to: Reship products, replace products, send a pre-paid return label and or refund credit card payment in full.
