The Ultimate CBD Infused Mashed Potatoes Recipe for the Holiday

Mashed Potatoes can be enhanced by infusing them with CBD to increase its nourishment and definitely, grow its general health benefits. Mashed potatoes can be an extremely wholesome meal, based on how nicely they are made and how much is taken. The infusion of CBD in this recipe renders it a highly healthy delicacy. You should give it a try this holiday season.

CBD Infused Mashed Potatoes:

  • 5 pounds of potatoes
  • 2 (3oz) packages of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup CBD-infused butter (see below for recipe)
  • ¼ cup regular butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary (optional)
  • Ground white pepper

Instructions—

  1. Place potatoes in a large pot of lightly salted water.
  2. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain, and mash.
  3. While potatoes are still warm, in a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, CBD-infused butter, milk, butter, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top. Serve and enjoy your CBD-infused Thanksgiving dinner!

CBD-infused butter

  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 20 ML CBD oil

Instructions—

  1. Chop butter into smaller pieces
  2. Put butter, water, and CBD oil into a small pot
  3. Heat over low heat for 2 hours (You want to use low heat, so the CBD oil does not cook out)
  4. Let the mixture cool a little
  5. Stir and pour into an airtight container
  6. Refrigerate and use like normal butter!
